Spring Detox

Spring has arrived and with it comes the chance to give your body its yearly deep cleanse. 

Coming out of Winter, you can often feel a bit low in energy, or slow to shift into the lighter feeling of Spring. This is usually caused by eating heavier foods, often with more oils and more in quantity. 

When Spring comes, we naturally begin to experience a brighter mind, and your body looks to open up into the warmer days. It’s the perfect time to lighten the body’s workload and one way to do this is to give your Liver a deep cleanse, beginning by taking a break from Winters’ comfort foods :) An Internal Spring Cleanse. 

It’s no secret that changing comfy habits is a challenge, so, to support you during this cleanse every year, I offer a short simple health program combining Zen Shiatsu Massage Treatments and/or Private medicinal Yoga sessions. Coupled with personal dietary advice, this session/s will help soften the experience of the Detox, by reducing food cravings and helping your body to expel toxins more quickly, drawing the most out of your cleanse, as well as relaxing you deeply.
