What is Seasonal Yoga?
Seasonal Yoga is the natural therapy of balancing the communication between our bodies vital organs, which rely on healthy energy for us to feel at our best.
Seasonal changes, especially with the climate as it is today, strongly effect the energy which our organs need to produce a stable foundation to develop a reliable wellbeing.
It has long been known that as we shift through environmental changes, both seasonal and global, our general state of mind is supported by aligning with the Earths many natural cycles. It is the simplest and strongest way to developing personal health.
The sessions aim to strengthen your energies through practices which create self-made ‘Internal Climates’ which encourage relaxed perspectives, regenerative lifestyle choices and reconnect us to a more intuitive relationship with our needs.
Through very approachable movements and breathing techniques of Elemental Yoga, these sessions are personally structured to improve the way your bodies energetic forces are balanced, actively guiding you through the health patterns and blockages that you are experiencing.
Seasonal Yoga helps us see that we are not as out of balance as we sometimes feel we are.
