What is personal training?
The personal training programs are perfect for anyone looking to start getting fitter and healthier. Through many years of trying different approaches to fitness and working out, I have always felt that it brought me different benefits than my Yoga practice.
Its widely known that basic resistance and cardio training is the key to avoiding many common health issues. No matter how old you are, it is a wise choice to stay fit through movement and load-bearing exercises.
With the advantage of being able to work outdoors, a personally tailored fitness session can be lighthearted, while being challenging enough to be deeply effective in bringing you better daily energy.
How we will approach Nutritional Advise;
Besides physical exercise, nutrition is most important in creating better health.
Throughout the time of our sessions we will also look at the places where you could make approachable changes that would give you a better feeling in your body. Its not about whether you are vegetarian or vegan, its about finding the foods that give the best energy for you.
We can look at how your digestion and sleep patterns are going, your moods throughout the day, and your go-to dietary choices and learn a lot about what your body really wants and when. I have had a lot of success in helping people find simple food changes that bring big changes.
